The flames on the Ooni get some nice char on the crust that really adds to the flavor IMO. I just like the fact that it's a lot faster to warm up and significantly faster to cook. I can turn on the oven and have a finished pizza 20 minutes later, in a home oven it's closer to an hour.

I used it a lot and after a year it started to act up. I sold it and bought a Gozney Roccbox, which was very nice too, but I wanted something bigger. Gozney's Dome is WAAAAAY out of my price range .
